My November Resolution
Since I mentioned it yesterday: My November Resolution is: I'll eat food that I cooked. No take-out, no frozen dinners, and especially not raiding the fridge and wolfing done things that weren't meant to be wolfed down. Instead I'll cook, I'll take the stuff I cooked to the office (as well as snacks), and I'll eat at (mostly) fixed times every day.
We'll see how that goes. Today was very good, but since it's Sunday, it wasn't too difficult. Sunday is a cooking day anyway. But I'm good through tomorrow at least and have ideas for the rest of the week.

I don't eat processed food, and I feel great. (That said, take-out of the sushi or high-quality Thai variant I totally eat. But the Thai restaurant my workplace orders for us when we stay late doesn't use monosodium glutamate or additives, so I'm feeling it's alright.)
