Airing of Grievances

I want to start something like
torachan's Daily Happiness thing, but I'm crabby enough that I'll start with all my (relatively small, to be fair) grievances! *g*
Tonsilitis. Tuesday I got home a little early to let the chimney sweep in. (I can't find another word - are they still called that? It seems so Mary Poppins!) When he left I noticed I was wrong and had dinner an hour early because I suspected that soon I might not be able to swallow food. Turns out I was right.
Chaos. Of course the sickness came at the point where I wanted to do a lot of housework since my flat looked awful. Imagine how it looks after four days of being sick.
Weather. I had to leave the house every day anyway in order to run to the pharmacy / supermarket / takeout place. Yesterday it started raining on top of all the snow we've been having. Not a nice underground for a slightly unstable me.
Preparations. I only have two Christmas presents so far. Apart from all the usual ones I also need presents for the family I'll visit in Canada (and who usually don't get anything from me) as well as a wedding present. Do I have to have a present for the two christenings, too? Argh.
Tenosynovitis. I hope I have the right term - Wikipedia's a jungle. Anyway, it hurts, most of the time not too badly, but there are flares. I've been wearing a brace for some weeks now, and while it gets better, it just doesn't go away.
Annoyance. That is, I'm annoyed at lots of people for lots of stupid things. Which means, unfortunately, the stupid is mostly on my side - I'm irrationally annoyed at people, often for doing / posting things I do, too, for posting / voicing opinions I share... As I said, stupid.
Inertia. The usual, I'm afraid...
OK! I feel better already. *g* I'll get on with the happy things now!
